A District is responsible for the semi-annual Club Officer Training. This training
is known by several names including TLI (Toastmasters Leadership Institute), COT
(Club Officer Training) and even MUT (Make Up Training). They are all basically the
same thing: district members knowledgeable about one or more club offices serve as
the facilitators for the training of the individual club offices.
When a number of club leaders within the district are gathered for training, the district
leaders often takes the opportunity to provide other education sessions to the district members.
These sessions are normally open to everyone.
Below are several links to assist with club officer training.
