The Club President and VP Education are each entitled to one vote at the District Council

using this form or any other written communication (including an email fully printed out)
following the example of this form.
If neither the President nor the VP Education will be in attendance, the proxy

the Club forfeits voting privileges.
No other proxies shall be valid at any such meeting.
