It takes a number of small items and tools to help make a Toastmasters club meeting run smoothly. It is the duty of the club officers to assure that these tools are available for the club.

For example, the club Sergeant-at-Arms should assure that the club supplies are plentiful. When it is time to order new supplies, the Sergeant-at-Arms should notify the club Treasurer who will then order more from Toastmasters International.
