Build a Club Website
A club website can have many useful benefits. The main benefit is that it lets non-Toastmasters find your club.
Many clubs, particularly the open clubs, often have unexpected guests at a meeting who arrived because they found the club on the Internet.
Other benefits of a club website include:
- Meeting schedules
- Forms and templates useful for meetings
- Club historical information
- Numerous "how to's" for Toastmasters activities
- Articles and the club newsletter
- Links to other sites dealing with Toastmasters
At minimum a club should have a one-page website that gives:
- name of the club
- when and where the club meets
- contact information
There are many ways to build a club website. District 6 has a page that explains some of those ways.
See it here.
